Route changes are matching routes that are only partial fits. For example, with a train route of 1Z99 the engine uncouples to become RunRound1Z99 and then forms 1Q00. However, when the original 1Z99 passes over the route change with "RunRound1Z99>1Q00", it is incorrectly changing the route to 1Q00.
